Deletes or cancels notifications bulk through DELETE /api/v1/notifications/bulk.

Token null gönderilirse sadece timezone veya Live Activity push-to-start token bilgisi güncellenir. Push notification gönderimi için gereklidir. Token opsiyoneldir - kullanıcı izin vermeyebilir.
